  • As we are a remote-first company, it’s very difficult for us to find one benefit or one provider that operates everywhere around the globe. And employees also have very different needs and interests. For example, someone who is in the beginning of their twenties has different interests than someone who is forty or fifty. With Yourcampus you can really select what you would like to do, what you need. So therefore it really increased the employees’ happiness because everyone can choose what’s right for them

  • I think our unique selling point, so to say, is that we are remote first. So people really can decide from where they want to work. Even though we have an office in Berlin, also the Berliners don’t have to come to the office. So people have a lot of flexibility and freedom from where they want to work

  • Everyone, no matter the country they live in, people love Uber Eats and Uber Rides. Then here in Germany a lot of people use Treatwell and Zalando. And we also have Inuka on the platform, it’s a coaching platform. And everyone, no matter where they’re living, the people love it. Also Headspace. And people outside of Germany use the reimbursement feature for local shops and memberships. That offering we don’t have in Germany because the offering is already quite big for Germany

  • That you can work from everywhere, and also we don’t count working hours in the end. It’s also up to you if you’re a person who loves working early in the morning or late at night. Of course there are some times that you have to be reachable via Slack. Also to assure that we have seamless collaboration. In the end it’s really about that you reach your target and hitting the goals. I Think in Germany, a lot of companies still have that you need to come at least one day a week into the office. Or two days per month or so. And we don’t do that at all

  • We didn’t really have it before. We only had language classes with Babbl, that was our benefit. Apart from that, we didn’t really have benefits. When we introduced YourCampus, it was one of the first benefits that we launched. Next to that, we have a very generous policy on parental leave, for example. We also have period days for women. You can also host in a social or charity organization, two days per year. And the YourCampus app is what we have on top
